Really good recipes. Everything was great tasting. They have an outdoor seating area. The street is really loud but it's nice out there anyway. I got lasagna. It was really good but the portion was very small for what it costs. I would probably get something else next time. Great food either way. Oh also, our server was great!

We were a foursome. I had the salmon with dill sauce over potato and it was absolutely fantastic. The service was slow but sincere. If you want to share a peaceful night out downtown and great food go here. They need a better lighted sign facing garrison but the atmosphere was very nice and the prices were right on. Looking forward to many return trips.

Went there today for lunch------closed again !!!! I guess they don't need the business. To bad, it was really good food.

Best Italian in Ft smith. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, and the service is great. In addition to the food it's a really nice place to sit and have a few cocktails with friends.

The last two times I went there they were out of menu items. One night they didn't even have beef. No eggplant. When we asked about dessert we were told the only thing they had was Cheesecake they bought at Sams Club. I've been served cold food. Very disappointing. Until the last 2 months I loved it. I don't think I'll go back.

Wow! I am so glad we went to Bravo for dinner! Dinner started with a complimentary bruschetta, which was delicious. My mom and I shared the warm caprese salad and the chicken Parmesan. It was definitely enough for two. They have a lovely Chardonnay, William Hill, which is reasonably priced as well. Our server, Tricia, was helpful, friendly, and efficient. I would ask for her if I come through here again. The atmosphere is wonderful, it has recently been upgraded and would not look out of place in any trendy metropolitan area. If you are coming through Fort Smith, this restaurant is a winner.

The food was horrible. The marinara sauce was straight out of the can. The eggplant was raw and tasteless. The meal in general was way overpriced. This was our second time to be disappointed, giving them another chance after a terrible meal a few months ago. My husband and I will never eat there again. Service was good, the restaurant has a cool vibe, but they need to learn how to cook Italian food. We spent over $60 for 2 people and the best thing about the meal was the cocktails. So sad.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
